Before Your Session
1. Set your intentions
Take a moment to reflect on what you want to achieve or receive guidance on during the therapy.
These questions may help you:
- What do I really need from this session?
- What is limiting my freedom?
- Why did I decide to schedule this appointment?
- Why is this appointment happening today — and not five years earlier or later?
2. Wear comfortable clothing
Please bring comfortable clothes, especially shorts that allow your knees to move freely.
3. Open your heart and mind
Trust your body and allow yourself to be fully present.
4. Arrive on time
Please ring the bell exactly at your appointment time.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the treatment will be cancelled and needs to be rebooked.
I am happy to offer you my time and service, but only when you arrive punctually.
(If not, the same conditions as a late cancellation apply and a fee of €25 will be charged.)
5. Cancellation policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours in advance.
A late cancellation or missed appointment will be charged €25.
If you cannot make it, I fully understand — but please respect the space and time that could have been offered to someone else in need.
